Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order in our system.

We will then check the availability of the items you ordered. If the goods are in stock and no further clarification is required, your order will be prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.

If an ordered item is unavailable or the delivery time is extended, we will of course inform you by email.

Shipping Your Order

Once your order has been fully processed and payment has been confirmed, the goods will be prepared for shipment.

In-stock items are generally shipped within 3–5 business days after receipt of payment.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If available for the selected shipping method, this confirmation will include tracking information.

Germany – Standard Shipping with DHL

Shipping costs within Germany are:

from €49.90 plus 19% VAT.

The actual shipping costs applicable to your order will be displayed during the ordering process before you complete your purchase.
